This site presents a suite of tools for
that could be useful for Organizational Theory scholars. The content was
created during the preparation of a comprehensive examination for a Ph.D. in
Organizational Behavior (OB) at INSEAD.

A collection ofmaps
of Organizational Theory areas. Those are organized by distinguishing the classic macro
perspectives (i.e. institutional theory, population ecology, etc.), as well
as some the classic micro ones (i.e. emotions, motivation, leadership, etc.)
Those maps were used to produce full text summaries,
one covering macro, the other
one micro perspectives. My perception is that those should be less
useful than the database of references, and less original in format than the
maps. Overall, textual summaries are rather commonly available (see
credits for some
suggestions on excellent sources)
